Collages
I started collaging with inspiration from my time as an elementary school drama teacher designing costumes and sets for our devised plays. As I create each collage with layer upon layer of intricately cut papers from around the world, I am amazed to see how each different collage unfolds with its unique message.
I hope that listening to my soul’s wisdom in the creation of these collages resonates with your soul’s wisdom and your courage in living with grace through these tumultuous times.
Books
These books were inspired by my grandchildren and the hundreds of children I taught drama to for over thirty years. I wanted to make my art accessible to them, to have it in story form so that they could see themselves and envision new possibilities for their lives.
Paintings
Whether I am painting from innocence of the child part of myself or from my adult artist part, I am trying to capture the essence of the figure in front of me or of the image in my imagination. . As I am grounding into the present moment and feeling deeply into my emotional responses , I transfer them from my mind and heart onto canvas.

The idea for the Wisdom Oracle Card series originated in a little town on the west coast of Mexico. Creating oracle cards from my collages invites me to share my work with people around the world so that they can listen to the wisdom of their soul’s messages.
